It was a sore night for Scottish clubs in Europe.
🟢 Celtic lost 2-0 to Braga at Celtic Park. Kelechi Iheanacho thought he had equalised at the start of the second half, only for the goal to be controversially ruled out for handball. Next up in the UEFA Europa League is Sturm Graz at home. - view the UEFA Europa League table here
🔵 Rangers have lost their first two games in the Europa League following their 2-1 defeat away to Austrian side Sturm Graz. Djeidi Gassama scored the goal for the Ibrox club.

🔴 Aberdeen lost 3-2 at home to Shakhtar Donetsk in the UEFA Conference League.
Jesper Karlsson had put the Dons one up from the spot before the Ukrainian side eventually went 3-1 up after 60 minutes. Nicky Devlin pulled one back after 69 minutes, but Aberdeen couldn’t find the equaliser at Pittodrie.
Up next in the Conference League is AEK Athens away.
⚽️ John McGinn scored his third goal in three games for Aston Villa as they beat Feyenoord 2-0 away in the Europa League.
🔙 Ryan Gauld made his first appearance for the Vancouver Whitecaps since 9th March. The Scotland international capped his return from injury with a goal.
🚀 Brechin City’s Mitch Taylor has won the Scottish Cup Goal of the First Round for his strike against Lochee United.
🚶 Ayr United’s walking football team won the 10th Algarve Cup in Portugal, finishing the two-day tournament unbeaten in eight matches. - Claire Lindsay, Ayr Advertiser
