🔵 Rangers will have to turn around a first-leg deficit to Polish club Jagiellonia Bialystok if they want to progress to the play-off round in the UEFA Europa League.
Derek McInnes’ side went one up on the night thanks to an own goal. However, an Emmanuel Fernandez own goal levelled things up by the 13th minute, and Rangers were 2-1 down to the hosts by the 21st minute.
⚽ Hearts suffered a 6-1 defeat away to Benfica. Tom Renaud got Hearts’ goal, and the Jambos hit the woodwork twice. However, there was only ever one winner after the Portuguese opened the scoring very early on.
The Tynecastle club look like they will be playing in the UEFA Conference League Play-Off Round against Rapid Vienna, who beat Estonians Paide Linnameeskond 4-1 away in the first leg of their qualifier.
🟢 Hibernian’s Warren O’Hora scored a 90th-minute winner to give the Edinburgh club a slender 2-1 lead over KF Shkendija in their Conference League qualifier. Owen Elding had scored in the 74th minute before the North Macedonians equalised two minutes later.
⚽ Motherwell drew 1-1 with HJK Helsinki in Conference League qualification. The Steelmen went ahead through a Tawanda Maswanhise penalty before former Celtic striker Teemu Pukki levelled things up for the Finns. The second leg is at Fir Park next week.
✍️ Two Scotland international strikers were on the move yesterday. Lyndon Dykes has signed for Alex Neill’s Millwall on a one-year deal. The 30-year-old was most recently with fellow Championship side Charlton Athletic. - Millwall FC website

🔚 The Scottish FA have binned the Key Match Incident Review Panel for this season. The independent panel, which was made up of one independent, one laws of the game expert and one SPFL clubs representative, reviewed key on-field decisions.
