🏆 There were no games in the Parks Motor Group Lowland League this weekend due to cup ties.
Linlithgow Rose beat league rivals Clydebank on penalties in the South Challenge Cup Second Round. Tranent knocked out fellow Lowland League side Broxburn Athletic. Gala Fairydean Rovers suffered a shock 2-1 defeat to West of Scotland Football League Third Division side Knightswood.
University of Stirling were 3-0 up at half-time against South of Scotland League Mid Annandale. The game finished 15-1 to the Lowland League club. Thomas Vonk scored six of the goals in the second half.
⚽️ In Italy, Lewis Ferguson started for Bologna in their 1-0 defeat to AC Milan.
Che Adams was a second-half substitute for Torino in their 1-0 away win over AS Roma. Josh Doig put in a solid display in Sassuolo’s 1-0 win over Lazio.
Scott McTominay played the full 90 minutes in Napoli’s 3-1 away win at Fiorentina. Billy Gilmour was a 93rd-minute sub.
Lennon Miller is still waiting to make his debut for Udinese. He was an unused substitute in the 1-0 win over Pisa.
🆕 Hibernian unveiled a special 150th anniversary shirt at the weekend, which they wore for their 3-3 home draw with Dundee United.
