🏆 PREMIER SPORTS CUP GROUP STAGE
St Mirren were the top scorers on Saturday, putting eight past League Two Annan Athletic. The Group C game finished 8-2.
Ayr United beat Arbroath 4-0 in the other Group C game.
It has been a tough start for Steven Pressley at Dundee. After losing their first Premier Sports Cup group stage game 1-0 to Airdrieonians, they suffered a 1-0 defeat away to League One Alloa Athletic in their second game.
Clyde and St Johnstone scored late away winners against Peterhead and Inverness Caledonian Thistle, respectively.
Dunfermline (v Dumbarton) and Hearts (v Stirling Albion) were both 4-0 away winners in Group E.
Motherwell beat Stenhousemuir 1-0 away, and Livingston beat Brora Rangers 2-0 at home.
Cove Rangers and Falkirk drew 0-0. The Premiership side picked up the bonus point with a penalty shoot-out win.

🔵 St Johnstone signed midfielders Stephen Mallon and Reece McAlear over the weekend.

🔵 League One Cove Rangers have signed centre-half Justin Eguaibor on a one-year deal.

✍️ Lewis Latona has joined East Fife on a season-long loan from Livingston.
The 18-year-old joined Livingston from Hamilton Academical on a one-year contract last week. - East Fife website
🔴 Mouhamed Niang signed for East Kilbride at the end of June. Less than a month later, Clyde have confirmed the signing of Niang on a one-year deal.
Niang is the second player that East Kilbride announced as a new summer signing to go on and sign for another League Two club.
