📒 Random Scottish Football Fact #131:
In 1890 a group of British men, whilst celebrating Burns Night in Seville, founded a football club – Sevilla Futbol Club. Amongst the group were Edward Farquharson Johnston, from Elgin and Hugo MacColl, from Glasgow.
Johnston was elected as the first President of the club, while MacColl was elected as the first captain

Besiktas have signed Rangers full-back Ridvan Yilmaz on a permanent deal.

🔚 Craig Wighton has announced his shock retirement from football at the age of 28.

🆕 Ryan Porteous made his debut for LAFC over the weekend. He was an 80th-minute substitute in Los Angeles’ 1-1 draw away to FC Dallas.
