West of Scotland Premier Division club Benburb knocked out Highland League Wick Academy, and fellow West of Scotland side Auchinleck Talbot beat Lowland League Gretna 2008, the only instances of a club knocking out a team from a higher division. They join Camelon Juniors as the only tier six clubs in the third round.
