🟠 Glasgow City are through to the second qualifying round of the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup after a 6-0 aggregate win over Irish side Athlone Town.
Emily Whelan and two goals from Nicole Kozlova gave the SWPL side a 3-0 win on the night. The draw for the next round is tomorrow at 1pm.
🟢 SWPL champions Hibernian Women won’t be joining them in the draw. They suffered a 1-0 defeat at Easter Road last night, losing 5-1 on aggregate.
⚽️ Andy Robertson opened the scoring for Liverpool in their 3-2 UEFA Champions League win over Atletico Madrid at Anfield last night.
The Scotland captain didn’t know too much about the goal after he deflected a Mohamed Salah free-kick to wrong-foot Jan Oblak.
