🆕 Head of Refereeing Willie Collum provided an update on law changes we can expect to see in Scottish football this season.
The main changes which were seen at the World Cup include:
VAR reviewing second yellow cards
Subs have 10 seconds to leave the field of play
Goal-kicks and throw-ins must be taken within five seconds
Unlike the World Cup, VAR in Scotland will not review the awarding of goal kicks, and players won’t be sent off for covering their mouth when confronting an opponent. - Martin McMillan, The Herald
