💷 Gareth Phillips, the preferred bidder for Dumbarton, has pulled out due to ill health and has forfeited his non-refundable deposit.
A statement by the joint administrators said: “We are fortunate to be in a position where we have other credible parties who had expressed an interest in acquiring the club out of administration. 🗣️ Inverness Caledonian Thistle administrators BDO have confirmed they will officially propose the Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) on Thursday, May 22nd.
If approved, the club would exit administration and retain its position in League One. Bidder Alan Savage has laid out three conditions as part of his offer to buy the club:
100% of the voting shares are to be transferred to his purchasing vehicle
All loan creditors are to be written off

Charity founder David Duke said: “With ‘Kitback’, we’re looking to give these strips a new lease of life, and either be used by one of the players on our teams or sold to raise vital funds to help them – if you give us a shirt, then we can turn it into a donation.”
