2️⃣ Scotland Under-21s have it all to do in their UEFA Under-21 European Qualifying campaign after losing their opening two games.
Scot Gemmill’s side lost 2-0 to Portugal at Fir Park last night.
👏 Scotland Under-19s rounded off their Slovenia Nations Cup with a 7-1 win over the United Arab Emirates.
West Ham United’s Josh Landers scored a hat-trick with Evan Mooney (St Mirren), Calum Adamson (Rangers), and Caelan Cadamarteri (Manchester City) also on the scoresheet. Cadamarteri is only 15 but playing for the Under-19s already.
Neil MacFarlane’s side had suffered defeats to hosts Slovenia and Kazakhstan in the opening two games.
🔵 Scotland Under-17s lost 2-1 to Italy yesterday. Dundee United’s Jamie Forrest got the goal.
The international friendly tournament, which included a 3-2 win over Portugal, will have provided good preparation for Brian McLaughlin’s side ahead of their European Championship qualifiers, which begin at the end of October.
