🏅 Derek McInnes has been named Glen’s Premiership Manager of the Month for September.
It is the Hearts manager’s second consecutive manager of the month award and a Tynecastle treble with Lawrence Shankland winning Player of the Month and Alexandros Kyziridis winning Goal of the Month. - SPFL website
🏴 Scotland Under-21s drew 3-3 with Azerbaijan in Baku. Scot Gemmill’s side finished with nine men following red cards for Jeremiah Chilokoa-Mullen and Dire Mebude.
The young Scots went into the break 2-1 ahead thanks to goals from Emilio Lawrence and Luke Graham. Chioloka-Mullen was sent off in the 47th minute, and the hosts went 3-1 up with 11 minutes to go. Sam Cleall-Harding equalised in the 91st minute before Dire Mebude was sent off.

🧨 Rangers have been found in breach of SPFL rules following the behaviour of the club’s supporters during their first league game of the season away at Motherwell.
The following sanction was imposed:
(i) A suspended reduction of 50 tickets for a future away match in an SPFL competition, to be triggered in event of another rule breach of SPFL Rule H37 through pyrotechnic use by the club’s supporters at an away match in any SPFL competition on, or before, 30 June 2026. If this sanction is triggered, the club will be required to pay the costs for said 50 tickets to the home club for the respective match. - SPFL website
