TUESDAY’S PREMIER SPORTS CUP HEADLINES
🏆 Motherwell secured qualification for the next round of the Premier Sports Cup following their 3-0 win over Greenock Morton at Fir Park.
Ross County were the biggest winners last night. They beat Edinburgh City 8-0 in Dingwall.
Dundee picked up their first group win of the campaign with a 3-1 victory over Bonnyrigg Rose.
Annan Athletic have now conceded 14 goals in two games after losing 6-0 away to Arbroath. Ayr United went top of the group with a 3-0 win over Forfar Athletic.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle also scored six in a 6-2 win away to East Kilbride. Five of their goals were scored in a 13-minute second-half spell. St Johnstone beat Raith Rovers 3-1 in the other Group F game last night.
League One Kelty Hearts held Kilmarnock to a 0-0 draw and subsequently picked up the penalty shoot-out bonus point.
Falkirk beat Queen’s Park 3-1 to sit top of Group A, one point ahead of Cove Rangers, who beat Brechin City 3-0 away.

🏆 Rangers beat Panathinaikos 2-0 at Ibrox last night in their UEFA Champions League Third Qualifying Round First Leg.
Findlay Curtis scored the opener in only his second start for Rangers. New signing Djeidi Gassama got the second. The return leg takes place next Wednesday in Greece.
✍️ Hearts have signed Albanian winger Sabah Kerjota from Italian Serie C side Sambenedettese.

⚫️ St Mirren have signed forward Jalmaro Calvin from Jamaican Premier League side Cavalier FC.
