😬 League Two club Edinburgh City have been given a 15-point deduction by the SPFL.
In a statement on their website, the SPFL said: “This deduction follows a provisional liquidator being appointed in respect of the club on July 22 this year about an unpaid debt due by the club.”
Companies House records show that the club appointed a provisional liquidator after a winding-up order on the 22nd of July. The appointment was terminated six days later, with the club citing a ‘misunderstanding.’
